1. SPONSOR

This promotion is sponsored by Nicholas Markets Inc., 579 Pompton Ave, Suite 200, Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Labor Day Smoker Sweep “Steaks” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the State of New Jersey who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, children) are not eligible to enter or win.

3. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.

4. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on [ August 21, 2026] at [2:00pm] ET and ends on [September 3, 2026] at [11:59pm] ET (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

To enter via Instagram:

2. “Like” the official Giveaway post.

3. Comment on the post by tagging a friend.

Limit one (1) entry per person. [Inaccurately tagging photos or creating multiple spam accounts to enter is strictly prohibited under Instagram Community Guidelines.]

6. PRIZE & ODDS

• Prize: Pit Boss DX Series Vertical 30in Series 880-Sq. in Black Smart Electric Smoker

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299.90 ARV each, $1,199.96 total ARV.

• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Prizes are non-transferable.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about [September 4, 2026], four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @[NicholasMarketsTheFreshGrocer] within [48 hours] of the drawing. The winner must respond within [48 hours] to claim the prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, handle, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
