Former teacher Debbie Trongone uses her attention for detail in her job as Head of Catering. “We like to personalize our catering and listen to what the clients are saying. We give them what they want by paying attention to all those little details that make a party special, including the presence of food allergies. All of our foods are clearly labeled.”
“We provide everything to make the events we cater successful and memorable. From remarkable food to ancillary needs such as ; tables, chairs, tents, bartenders, servers—every detail,” she said. “Most of our servers also work in the store and are requested over and over again by the same clients.”
